Hmmm, if they are teaching moves like that maybe I shouldn't be sending you to the gym. Am I going to have to have a talk with them?

Do you speak Georgian? I'm going to blame you if I die at the gym.

I think you want to work until it burns, not until it bleeds. As far as the food ads at the gym, I'm not too sure. I sometimes wish someone would dangle a bacon double cheeseburger in front of me on the tredmill for motivation.

Hmm, Sara always talks about blood spurting when we do hamstring exercises. I do occasionally come home with a bloody ankle, so its not an entirely blood free sport

If you're waiting for 50 again I don't think it's going to happen. Your mom didn't even post this time!

What type of workout is that? Will it only kill you in gyms in GA?

Erin said...

Well it is called "the trainer kept falling off the step and hurting herself." Yeah I think it is mostly a GA thing.

I'm a good trainer, I don't fall off my step

Well I don't get to come to your classes. So you being "coordinated" does not help me. Not that I believe that you are coordinated much pass your outfit.

My outfits are quite stellar if you ask me. That's why everyone comes to my class, its a very popular class I'll have you know

I know you are a snazzy dresser. But I have seen you walk. That is all I am saying.

Well I don't teach a step class, but my class does involve a step. Plus we have a remote to control the stereo, so really I don't have to do any walking
